In late 2013, Cadillac asked us to relaunch their iconic American brand to better compete with other luxury automakers. For years, their major owned brand properties—including site, social, catalog and CRM—had been an afterthought. This had to change. Because even the best advertising can’t offset a bad consumer experience.
Over the course of a year, we reimagined every major piece of communication to feel more luxurious.
